Now you can receive an auto-email ‘Alert’ in real-time when patients answer critical Rounds® survey questions you ‘flag’.

Rounds software users can receive automatic email alerts when patient answers to certain questions in their Rounds® surveys indicate a need that may have been undetected during their clinic appointments, e.g., experiencing mental health crisis, exposure to physical or substance abuse, recent homelessness, etc.

How it works

As with all other Rounds applications, patients are asked to take a 10-12 question Rounds survey before they leave the clinic following an appointment or in a follow up email or text message. Survey answers are saved in real-time and results are immediately available to clinic administrators. Rounds was initially designed to monitor patient satisfaction, quality of care and cost savings in healthcare clinic settings.

But now, in a post-pandemic environment when mental health is at the forefront of recovery response, adding a PHQ-9 survey question set to your Rounds program can be a proactive way to identify patients with immediate behavioral health needs.  Watch our video.

Rounds Users can “flag” any answer to questions in their patient feedback surveys. The software will generate an Alert email to designated administrators.
