Tim Maroney, Founder, President, CEO
Tim founded TCI Software, Inc. in 2013. He is a nationally recognized, award winning marketer with an impressive track record for launching and managing innovative solutions at critical times in the lifecycles of major healthcare and consumer products. Since 2002 he has been at the forefront of introducing major brand name pharmaceutical products and medical devices, having played important roles in the launches of Abbvie’s Humira, AstraZeneca’s Nexium and Intercure’s RESPeRATE. He invented the Rounds® ROI Calculator which sits at the core of all TCI Software products.
Tim holds an M.B.A. from Western New England University and a B.A. from Marietta College where he served at a Trustee from 2003-2008.
Howard Rhyne, Chief Technology Officer
Howard Rhyne brings extensive industry experience to the TCI Software management team. He has witnessed the evolution of programming languages, software design, and systems’ integration.
Specifically, he is versed in clinical, financial, billing, physician practice and medical records software. Howard was a member of the initial development team for McKesson Paragon serving as a senior member of software development team responsible for the design, development, and installation of data conversions, software customizations, state data extracts, and interfaces. Howard was a primary resource assigned to the development and support of data conversions from Paragon to Meditech, SMS, and HBOC STAR systems for general ledger, payroll, patient accounting, master patient index, and medical records modules.
Ann Pollack, Vice President, Marketing and
New Business Development
A student of healthcare reform legislation, Ann took the lead role in positioning TCI software programs among hospital organizations seeking to optimize the impact of healthcare reforms on their quality of care, patient satisfaction and profitability. She serves as TCI’s subject matter expert on new reform programs such as MACRA, MIPS and Value-based Purchasing compliance. Ann also leads TCI’s medical clinic application marketing, identifying target market opportunities for the product and developing the message and media to reach them.
Ann received her MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vassar College.
